Hello You Meditation (13:50 minutes) Wake up and allow me the honor to guide you through this embracing meditation. Where you will set your intention for the day by first getting connected with the true Empowered You who is always here ready to guide you forward. Get reconnected to the inner power, strength and energy of your body with gratitude and begin to create the day you wish to have by embodying the grace and beauty that you truly are.

Goodnight Me Meditation (15:04 minutes) Then at the end of the day again allow me to guide you through a freeing meditation. Where you will let go of your day, allowing your body to soften and unwind from the day so that it may do what it was meant to do while you sleep… restore, rejuvenate, and replenish! Enjoy a fabulous night sleep as you let go, begin to trust in yourself again and rest in the knowing that you will be energized and ready to welcome all that life has in store for you again tomorrow.

Starting your day feeling refreshed, connected to your body, mind and intentions is a beautiful way to greet yourself, children and the rest of the world. However, that is not usually the case for many of us. Instead, we wake up feeling exhausted because of a poor night sleep due to our busy mind filled with concerns about things yet to be done or worry about the things we judge as not being “good enough”. Others jump out of bed in a rush because they may have overslept and now feel an overwhelming pressure to get everyone and everything else ready for their day first and her day second. Which may leave them with feelings of resentment and not “good enough” once again.

Then at the end of the day, we all have a tendency to bring our concerns, worries, pressures, and judgments to bed with us at night. Creating a situation where we stare at the ceiling for hours or wake up throughout the night unable to return to sleep. All in all these scenarios equate to a restless momma who may battle to show up completely as her whole self and struggle to be present to those she loves, all she wants to accomplish and what life has to offer on that particular day. And so the cycle of discontent and wondering how to make changes continues.

But… You can change that by creating a new pattern of letting go and reconnecting to the true you on a daily basis starting right now!
